    How does it work?

    Our goal was to ensure that our technology is not only useful but accessible to everyone. In that spirit, we designed our application and screening system to work as seamlessly as possible with the existing application process landlords and tenants are familiar with.


    Step1: We send an invite.

    We know that the best tenant screening requires real people and technology working together. Our algorithm and Trained Tenant Analysts ensure you always get the best results. We provide landlords with an online rental application form they we send to potential tenants. We must use our application in order for Naborly to get the tenant's consent.


    Step2: Tenants apply online....

    Tenants securely provide their employment, financial, and rental history information allowing Naborly to verify their identity, income and employment.  Our dedicated staff conduct screenings during office business hours of Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm EST.     Step 3: Naborly runs the check....

    As soon as the applicant clicks ‘Submit’ Naborly pulls credit, criminal records, and rental history records, then analyzes the applicant’s risk profile. Results delivered in under 90 minutes. Naborly is dedicated to delivering the fastest results without compromising accuracy.
